• Updating the current club map - Our current club map is outdated and missing some major organizations. We’d like to put out a call to the community to help update and maintain this important resource.

• NAO RFP Process - Given the change in venue for the North American Open, NARMA would like to put together the requirements for an organization to put in a proposal to take on the mantle of hosting the event. Once these requirements are decided upon they will be posted to the community along with a submission period for interested parties.

• Regular meeting cadence - Deciding upon a scheduled meeting cadence that can be used to ensure regular public updates and progress reports on NARMA projects.

• Board expansion and community inclusion - Given the challenges in community inclusion that have come to light over the past month, the NARMA board would like to come up with a plan to allow for additional members of the community to join us on a transitional basis. This is a prelude to further restructuring to ensure that NARMA is a transparent and responsive body in service of the US community.
